Parveen is the founder of the firm and is a lawyer specializing in tax, trusts and estates law.

Her practice involves advising on personal and corporate tax matters and assisting clients with their estate planning needs, including advising on and drafting wills and trusts.‎ She also represents and assists her clients with the resolution of tax disputes with the Canada Revenue Agency at the audit, appeals and Tax Court levels. She has extensive experience in domestic corporate reorganizations and other corporate and commercial transactions.

Parveen is fluent or proficient in French, Spanish, Hindi and Gujarati. She has also had linguistic training in Italian and Punjabi.

Prior to founding Karsan Law, Parveen was a partner in a mid-sized business law firm. She has also worked for a large national firm and a boutique firm specializing in tax law.

Bryan is an articling student with Karsan Law Group.

Bryan obtained his J.D. from the University of Alberta. During law school, Bryan was a volunteer with Student Legal Services where he assisted the low-income community through representation in court, and by providing legal information at homeless shelters in Edmonton. He was also involved with faculty intramural athletics.

Prior to completing his legal studies, Bryan obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and in Psychology from the University of British Columbia.

Sherry is a third-year law student at the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia. She is active in the law school community and currently serves as the Executive Business Manager on the UBC Law Review Society’s Board of Directors. She was also a volunteer for Pro Bono Students Canada and the President of the Asia Pacific Law Club (APLC).

Prior to commencing her legal studies, Sherry obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto (St. George).
